I've been gone off TK for just over a month due to moving and doing house renovations in the new place. I completely fell off the wagon, but got back on it tonight with Week 1 Day 1 of Couch to 5k and it went really well. I downloaded the RunDouble app to my phone (I have an android, not sure if its on iphones) which is Couch to 5k! The best part about it, is that it's free! It talks to you and tells you when to warm up, walk and jog. It also monitors your interval and overall distance and time :)
