Hi I'm new here, my name is Denise and I'm getting married March 2nd 2013. I've been wanting to basically just get healthier, but I do have weight to lose so hoping it comes off along the way ;-) I haven't been really weighing myself regularly since I don't want to just focus on the number but decided to hop on today and I've lost my first 10lbs! I think my motivation just tripled! I've just been trying to eat cleaner, drink more water, and move more. I am 212lbs now and would love to get down to 170, I'm 5'10" and have a bigger frame so thinking thats probably a good weight rage to be in 

 I think now knowing I'm 12 away from being out of the 200's is going to greally help me stay on track. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
