Getting in Shape

new here (1-2-10)

Hi all.  My name is Holly and I am new to the Getting in Shape board.  I'm getting married in just over 2 months, so I'm really trying to crack down on my self and get butt in weight loss gear. 

I currently do WW at work and have lost 2 pounds.  I have not been working out like I should, so that is what I'm trying to focus on from now until the wedding.

I just wanted to say HI and appreciate all the support that you all offer each other :)

  • We have a daily WW accountability thread on here. Feel free to join it! Post what successes or challenges you have had recently, and tell us what you plan on eating for the day. The format is like this:

    B: breakfast (amount of points)
    L: lunch (amount of points)
    D: dinner (amount of points)
    S: snacks (amount of points)

    E: exercise you plan to do/have done for the day

    Total: total amount of points planned for the day
    Target: your daily alloted points
    WI: your next way in day
