I've been creeping on this board for a while and thought I would finally throw out a post and introduce myself. I'm getting married this coming January and trying to get in shape before the wedding. I don't have a ton of weight to lose but am constantly sabotaging myself with poor food choices and not working out. You ladies have given me so many good ideas and reading your posts motivates me so much! This past few weeks, I've been back on track with working out, and the girls scout cookies are out of the kitchen pantry and hidden in the storage room.
