Getting frustrated

Hello all! My wedding is 31 days away (yikes!), and I've been working hard to get in shape for the last seven months or so. I've lost around 20 pounds, but lately...nothing is working. I'm doing weight watchers (have been for seven months), started doing the Couch 2 5k program a week and a half ago, and start lifting around the same time. My workout takes me around an hour and I do it about 4 times a week. My workout gains me about 2 activity points, which I don't use as I don't feel it's an extreme number of points. I occasoinally go over, but stay within my weekly allowed "overage" of points. I have lost absolutely NOTHING over the past two months. I'm getting beyond frustrated and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

  • I have a fitting next Friday, which will be my second fitting. My dress had to be taken in quite a bit at my frist fitting, so I'm excited to see what it looks like now that it will actually fit. I'm doing weight watchers on my own...no meetings, no paying weight watchers. I have an app on my phone to track my points and my weight. I estimate each workout burns about 200 calories, so weekly I'm burning about 800 calories. I was thinking of maybe tracking a day on my fitness pal to see where I'm sitting calorie wise.
