Getting in Shape

I'm starving.

So I realize that as an adult I should know this stuff but I'm just bad at taking care of myself.

I've been walking for exercise for a few years.  Last week I started a "boot camp" type exercise program to try to tone up some before the wedding.  I am absolutely ravenous.  I have never been this hungry.  Is this normal?  What kind of foods should I eat to counteract this without blowing my diet?
