I'm a small girl, but In past years i've definitely NOT been as active as I - or my fiance - would like. He's a real get up and go guy. He loves to run, and mountain bike and hike and surf, but when we go on vacation, I'd rather sit down with a book. lol
It's shown a bit, not TOO much, but definitely shown in the range of anywhere between 10-15 lbs. My goal isn't so much to LOSE weight but to tone up. While ideally I'd like to lose 5 lbs and get back down to the 115 I was in college, anyone have any favorite methods of toning up? I have 8 months until the wedding, and a city park gym across the street. I loathe running, but will do it on a treadmill if I have a way to distract myself.
tips? help? encouragement?
