GM everyone! Thank you everyone for your very sweet words. I really mean it when I missed you guys. I love this support system we have here. :)

I definitely need this board...this board has helped me so much and while I was gone I lost control. Blah. Anyone else have a hard time getting back on track after the wedding and honeymoon?? Any advice!? It's so frustrating.

I work with children with autism and today we start horseback riding with them every Tuesday for 8 weeks so that should be fun. I'm excited!

  • I'm right there with you Lisa!  I got way off track after my wedding, which is why I came back to this board.  I found it to be so helpful before the wedding.  Good luck to you as you get back on track.  Love the pictures!  You look beautiful!

  • Good Morning Ladies! I've decided to join the daily WW thread, I think it will make me more accountable.  I've been doing WW online losely for about a month and I've only lost 1.5 pounds.  I fully recognize that's it's my fault since I tend to throw it out the window on weekends.  I'm back and committed since I only have 4 1/2 months to lose 25 pounds!

    B- cottage cheese double  (3)
    L- tuna fish, light mayo on an english muffin (5)
    D- mac n' cheese (5), the rest is TBD (usually around 9 points)
    E- 45 minutes on elliptical & 30 day shred

    Total= 22
    Target= 24

  • FAVORITE - i know you plan out your week in meals, right? you've passed a meal plan onto me before but i think i lost it. can you pass it on again (on here is ok or private message me if its easier). i REALLY want to do a week meal plan to make things easier on the shopping and the eating things not in my plan, but im kinda lost :)

    Lisa-I have no advice, because, like others, I'm still working to get back on track-and it's been 4 months since we got back from the HM.  I'm getting better, but it's hard to get back into my old routine.  Will DH help you?  When my DH is home, he gets me up to work out in the morning, he gently nudges me to stay on track with food when we're out to dinner.  I'm hoping that I'm finally going to start having the weight drop off.

    D: blackened, grilled shrimp (4) with cocktail sauce (1) and some veggie-not sure what-it's CSA day!

    E: 30 min elliptical this morning, maybe a walk or something tonight-DH is coming home for a few days :)

  • Lisa - read my blog. http://jsbeard.blogspot.com/ A while back, I posted something called "Finish Strong 2010 Challenge." Read it and the subsequent posts. Hopefully that will help you. I've lost 14.2 lbs since the wedding.
    Graceful - I think I may need your email again. My documents are in excel. I've got a weekly menu basic format (blank spreadsheet), and then a few weeks already planned from Biggest Loser books, etc. I've also got a pre-made shopping list organized by category, so once I make my meal plan, I just write in how much I need of everything.

    I need to get back on track today. I found my beloved caramel apple pops yesterday.... and ate 7. LOL. I gave the rest to DH and told him to hide them from me. :) I haven't planned out my meals this weekend due to a busy weekend, but hopefully I will get a break from all this homework to do it soon!
    Katie - your recipe yesterday gave me cravings for potato soup, but I didn't have time to make it. Hence, the campbells this morning. It's not as good as yours sounded, so hopefully I can make it soon.

    B: condensed potato soup (6?), ff cheddar (1)
    S: nonfat peppermint mocha (3)

  • No, I haven't taken an after picture since 60 lbs. There are a few tagged pictures of me from Halloween, but those are the only ones so far. I will need to do that this weekend.
  • stupid PM wont let me respond to you....but ill try to find you on FB when i get home...my phone wont let me :) i probably set my name to private sometime i the past b/c of random people annoying me so ill chekc that out too :)
