Coconut Oil

I keep hearing great things about coconut oil - how it's healthier to cook with, as well as its many different household and beauty uses.

Have any of you cooked with coconut oil?  How do you like it?  Does it actually taste like coconut?

Coconut oil is healthy in small doses.  The FDA strongly recommends against consuming it regularly because it is so high in saturated fat.  I can't find the original chart I used to compare oils, but here's two websites which also help brreak them down.

Nutritionally, I don't think it's the wonder food it's been touted as, but it is better than lots of vegetable oils, etc. I personally love popcorn popped in coconut oil--the coconutty taste is amazing, with just the right touch of sweetness.
