I picked up the book yesterday mostly for general fitness reading, but then suddenly realized that I actual do have a weight room I can use for free at school (duh-why did I not remember this?). I just checked it out and it seems to have pretty much everything I would need and the rest (steps and such) I can figure out along the way.
On to my questions: How long did the workouts generally take you? How sweaty were you-did you absolutely require a shower? Or could I say get this done on my lunch hour and go back to work without be completely disgusting? (I know that varies from person to person). How badly do this this will conflict with my "distance runs" on my elliptical-I understand from reading the book that they're not necessarily suggested, but I would sorely miss them.
