Morning everybody!
I'm pretty pumped, I ran 5 miles last night! I increased my usual speed for 4 miles and did a nice slow jog for the last mile. My legs are only a little sore today. Tonight will be lifting and the elliptical. Lifting days make me a little anxious now, since the new year= a ton of gym newbs and it's a little more crowded than usual. It's getting tougher to snag a bench.
How did everyone else do?
