Hi Ladies!
I'm new to this board, but have been lurking for a while. I'm a May 11, 2013 Bride, and want to get into the best shape I can to start off my marriage healthy and happy!
Last year, I managed to lose about 20 pounds on WW and walking regularly at the river with my dog. I then started dating my now FI, and the eating out and drinking caught up to me. I regained 10 pounds back, and he gained about 30.
Realizing that we're not doing ourselves any favors, we joined a new gym last month (Lifetime Athletic, which we LOVE), and yesterday I signed back up for WW. I want to lose the 10 pounds that I gained, and hopefully another 10 pounds on top of that to bring my weight well into the healthy range for my height (I'm 5'11").
I'm hoping to accomplish all that with the combination of WW, long walks at the river again, and various classes at the gym. In fact, I just tried Zumba for the first time last week and had fun!
