So, Wendi still wins, but I thought of one.

I applied for a job with a publishing company yesterday.  The position deals with developing assessments for science and it's remote, so I could work from home.  I'm crossing my fingers.

1) I'm about 75% done wiring stuff for my bouquet... I will be so glad once this is done.

2) Going to the spa tonight to get all pretty for Wendi's wedding and some portraits I'm doing on Sunday with my mom (splitting the session cost)

3) Found the perfect gift for previously mentioned wedding IN STOCK. Who says procrastination is a bad thing?

4) 1 month from tomorrow I'll be heading to Galveston for a 7 day cruise... can't wait!

Yayyy congrats, Wendi!

Hm, all I can think of is that FI and I started P90X a few weeks ago and we have completely stayed on top of it! I'm really proud of us because working out for an hour+ on 6 days out of the week is kind of ridiculous, but we're making it happen (so far)!

Amanda -- with your love of science and (if I remember right) biochem, how well do you know glycogenolysis, glycolysis, and Kreb's cycle?  Do you have any study aids you could recommend besides my crappy textbook and Khan Academy?

Girl, we're starting that next week!

Unfortunately, I can't be much help.  Last year I showed my kids a bunch of animations that helped ME understand better and then explain it to them.  I can look those up if you'd like.

Amanda, I have my fingers crossed on that job for you. What a relief that will be.

Any of you OMHs get to two days before your wedding and start pulling out all wedding related items to go with you and think "well how the hell did I get all this crap?" Cause, yeah, I just had that moment haha.

Welcome bags are in place at the hotels, family starts getting in within the hour, and all I have left to do is spray tan and do my nails.
