Oh man it was hard to get out of bed today, and not just because my legs are sore!

S: apple and a yogurt cup
L: TBD, this is the week of unprepared lunches!
S: a crap ton of baby carrots because I forgot to pack almonds too.

TBD, I'm thinking roasted chicken on a bag salad, something quick and easy for after the gym
