and I do know my stuff...( whatever I don't know, I study tirelessly)
How ya doing, I tried to commit to answering as many questions as I can on a once a week basis.
I'm in the fitness industry and believe in paying it forward, it doesn't really cost me anything to answer questions on fitness, in fact it keeps me sharp.
I'll probably make Wednesday my posting day since that is my lightest work day but I decided to stop by today.
Oh, why am I here? My college roommate is getting married and I'm a groomsman..and I think everyone in the fitness industry has at least one person looking to get in shape for a wedding all year round.
