SparkPeople: Best use

Hi all,
I just started using SparkPeople to track food and excercise. Any suggestions on the best way to use it? Or any tips and tricks?

Thanks :)

  • I think it's pretty straight forward.  Do you have any specific questions?

Oh, one thing that's nice is the "grouping" feature.  It makes it easier to put recipes in without going through the whole recipe process.  I use the grouping feature over recipes often.  And Favorites.  I have a bunch of stuff in favorites and it makes it easy to find things.

I love that feature!  I rotate between the same 4-5 meals for breakfast and have some interesting lunch combos that are SO much easier to put into the log with the grouping feature.
  • And I love that if you enter everything separately, then realize you eat those things together a lot, you can just hit "Create Grouping" and save it for the future.
