2 weeks out...suggestions?!

Hello everyone! I am 2 and half weeks from my wedding date. EEK!!! I didn't QUITE make my goal weight, but that's ok! I'm happy with my dress/size and am so excited...my problem is...I don't want to lose any more weight since my dress is a mermaid and will look wrong if it's not as tight/fitted as it was when I brought it home last week. But I don't want to gain any weight either. What should I be doing? What should I do if it is too loose on the day of the wedding. Any suggestions would be GREAT. Thanks! Smile

  • Are you using anything like myfitnesspal.com to track your calories?

    If you are, just switch to "maintenance" till after the wedding.

  • Agreed with entropic. Other than that, keep away from dark, leafy greens (they cause bloat even though they are suuuper good for you) carbonated drinks, and higher sodium items to keep any bloat down. 
    You should be just fine. :) 
  • Keep doing what you were doing until now

  • Ok! Thanks guys...and what should I do as far as the day of? I am a big water drinker, but I'm guessing too much water is probably not a good idea for the day of.
