It is Friday. Yes it is.
I lifted (lower body) last night and did the elliptical and ab exercises. Tonight I'm taking off because my race is tomorrow! Yikes! I'm a little nervous. I've run so many 5Ks as workouts (and longer mileage) but this will be my first official race. I know I'll complete it (hopefully not in last!) but I guess I'm a little nervous about all the people around me, passing me, etc. At least the route is completely flat- I couldn't have picked an easier first time race.
