Multi-vitamin

I'm on WW and I know they suggest taking a multi-vitamin on the program and just in general when lossing weight. And I get the reason/science behind it. So I guess the question is. What MV do you take? And have you noticed any changes in you weight loss or overall mood(ie: tiredness, hunger).

I take my multivitamin in liquid form. It's a drink that you drink once a day, and it's suggested that you replace it for a meal, so I usually drink it for breakfast. It includes 23 Vitamins & Minerals and other things like antioxidants and digestive enzymes. It's suppose to help you lose weight (like any other multivitamin pill). I've only been drinking it for a week now, and haven't seen any immediate weight loss, but I do feel more energized after I take it and it fills me up! I am not sure how it would work in with your WW, but you should check it out: http://tinyurl.com/ye7gh59

I take the Centrum ultra women's. I cut them in half and take after breakfast & after dinner. I also try to take my calcium supplement after lunch. Taking vitamins (in liquid or solid form) after meals is supposed to increase absorption.
I definitely notice a difference in my energy but I wouldn't say it has helped me lose weight at all.

  • I take a women's multi-vitamin.  It provides the calcium, iron and zinc that a lot of women do not recieve.
  • Whatever MVI that you do take, make sure that it has iron and calcium in it.  Some do not contain adequate amounts of iron and iron is very important especially when you are working out because iron helps with oxygen transport in your blood and without it you will be tired.
