Morning ladies!
Monday was as planned, minus a small late night snack from stress. No scale repercussions, though, so that was good. Workout and eating is on track-today isyoga so I'll split the time between cardio and yoga stretches, and I still can't figure out what to have for dinner. I've been trying to do salmon three times a week but am just not feeling it, and not feeling like too much cooking tonight. Any ideas?
