Dis you run today?

I ran speedwork yesturday, and I have an intermediate run tommorrow. AKA no running for me today. Today is swimming and pilates.

    NATIONAL RUNNING DAY! Today, my inspiration is Jenny Simpson, our 1500m Olympic hopeful. I love that girl. You go, Jenny Simpson.

    I'm not allowed to do speedwork or even run more than six miles at a time anymore, but I will run today. Even though I can't train properly, running is still pretty much the best part of my day.
