Getting in shape for the big date!

Hi,

I went and purchases a WII Fit I am hoping this help keep me motivated I really do like it because I've had health issues lately and this helps with balance and everything!

Any body else have good luck with any routine or diet plan specifically!

  • I used to use the Wii for workouts, my favorite program was EA Sports Active

  • I changed my entire diet! I found out my BIGGEST problem was portions. After I started reading food labels, I realized I was eating 2-3x the normal serving size. I drink a lot of water with lemon juice and only 100% juices. I make sure I eat a sensible/healthy breakfast within an hour of waking up, lunch, dinner and snacks in between. Trust me, feeding your body on a regular basis is beneficial because your body will not feel like it is in starvation mode and hold onto fats. So far, I have lost 14lbs since January and all I did was change my diet. I bought a yoga set so now I am doing yoga at home.
  • OMG the Jerri Blank photo just made me LOL at work! Love it!  I tried Body by Vi and found it ridiculous.  I just signed up for a half marathon.  I was sideline with injury last summer and never got my groove back.

    I hope knowing its non-refundable and I don't want to get beat by 99% of people running will motivate me again : )
  • I have been struggling with my weight for awhile, fluctuating between 175 and 155...In January I started with ACE as a skeptic. I am sure, like me, you all have tried everything. Between Walmart and Walgreens I sure have! 
    Well, I am happy to say that yesterday I officially reached my goal size of size 4!!!!!!
