Needing a Dallas area Venue that allows outside catering and alcohol? HELP!!!

On a budget and need a venue that allows me to bring in outside catering and alcohol.

Want to stay under $4000-$5000 with food, chairs, linens, china, etc.

Would like ceremony and reception at same location.

Does anyone know of a cool venue that is nice?

How big is your guest list? There is also a BYOB thread with a list of venues on this page. Addison Event Center is a nice budget friendly venue.

If you want to do the Ft. Worth area look at the YWCA in downtown Ft. Worth. It's beautiful and you can do the wedding downstairs and reception up. You bring in all you own stuff and it's very nice.

Big Orange Pumpkin Farm in Celina  (http://www.bigorangepumpkinfarm.com/weddings.html) allows outside food & beverage and is on the less expensive side.  Not sure what your wedding date is but I just got an email yesterday with their prices and dates available this year.

These are the only dates still available:
July 13 & July 27
August 17, 24, 31
November 23rd (Pending)
December 7th & 21st

If you want to PM me your email address, I'd be happy to forward along the email I received.  It's a beautiful place but unfortunately the dates they have available wont' work for us.

You might try Glamour Hall. I don't know if it is your style or not. The information that I received from them stated that they fill up really quickly but the budget looks like it might fit for you. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help. Addison Event center charges you for what alcohol you bring in....not cool! I like glamour hall...will prolly go look this weekend. Know of any others in the Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney area? Both our families are from Rockwall so nothing in Ft worth. I need to book something SOON!!!

It depends on what day you're having it, but the historic YWCA in dowtown Fort Worth is really reasonable! Especially if it's on a weekday.
