I've only been doing the weight watchers online program for about 3 weeks now. I lost 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks and I stayed the same the third week (I went over my points for that week but did get some exercise in). I've been stress eating lately and I tend to eat more when I'm bored. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with stress eating and boredom eating? I seriously ate a whole bag of hershey kisses in my 3rd week because I was depressed and stressed out. I need to be stopped! But chocolate makes me feel better
