    B - 2 Fiber One Wild Blueberry Muffins, Coffee
    S - WW String Cheese
    L - Turkey and American Cheese Lunchable (I know this looks the same as yesterday, but I ended up going out for lunch and getting a hot turkey sandwich on a croisant for a friend's birthday lunch)
    D - Blacked Chicken Alfredo (yea, another repeat. but I didn't end up making dinner last night. woops!)

    E - 30 Day Shred Level 3

    L: Zucchini pasta
    S: Cottage cheese
    D: Ribs, roasted red potatoes, green beans (I'm rather excited about dinner tonight :-D)

    L: pasta salad and salmon

  • B: WW toast w/ nutella & sliced banana, yogurt
    S: Hard boiled egg, string cheese
    L: WW pita, hummus, cucumbers, tomatos
    S: Apricots
    D: Tuscan White Bean soup, Salad, and garlic toast

    E: None tonight, I have to go back to the dealer and find out if my car loan was approved, so that will take like what -- 6 hours? HA! then its driving practice. So I am just trying to do a lot of stairs today. I have been at the office an hour and a half already, and have done 10 sets of stairs. so I'll just keep that going.

    Try the venetian apricot chicken, if you are into those flavors.  It is so yummy and one of the healthiest options there.

    S/pw: Raspberry, banana, peach protein smoothie.
    L: Chicken and mixed greens on ciabatta with some fresh fruit
    S: Kind Dark chocolate cherry cashew bar probably
    D: TBD...something with lots of veggies though.

    E: 25 minutes on the elliptical...somehow jacked up my ankle in the last 12 hours so I couldn't make it any longer.  30 minutes strength training.

    PW: 2 bits of a banana before I couldn't handle it anymore - too mushy
    B: 1 egg scramble, nf cheese, cand bacon, chocolate milk
    L: I'm thinking maybe it's a saladworks kind of day
    S: Popchips
    D: No idea. I need to get better at this whole meal planning thing. SO is going to a friends tonight so I will probably have scrambled eggs, because I <3 them for dinner and SO does not, heh.

    E: Hit the gym before work for ST (legs) and a little cardio, more cardio after work when walking the dogs.
