Dress goal...

I think Raynes mentioned this the other day.....I have a "dress goal"!  I want the long sleeve convertible dress from Victorias Secret.  SO....I have set a goal weight for myself and WHEN I reach that goal weight....I am buying it.  This helped me achieve a goal last time and I am sure it will work again.  I encourage you ladies to do the same...and get urself a new dress

I'm working towards a bikini goal..I want to be comfortable enough to wear one on our honeymoon next year. Good advice!

Why not just buy the dress now in the size you want to be (reasonably) and then work towards fitting in it? 

I mean, I weigh the same now as I did in January, but my body is completely different.  If I only set weight loss goals, I'd never achieve them.  There is so much more to health than the number on the scale.

Well....I completely 100% agree with you Raynes.  That is why I take measurements every 6 weeks, but my goal weight is only 3 more lbs and this is getting me over the hump.  Have a good weekend gals!!

I have a dress goal. I already bought my dress and have a year to fit into it. I totally think that I can do it! But just in case it can be altered to fit, but I don't want to have to spend the extra money:)

I'm on the same plan. I have this precious black bikini that <em>technically</em> still fits, but I don't look anywhere near as good in it as I did 2, 3 years ago. My goal is to get toned and be comfortable enough with my appearance to wear it again. :D
