    Try tracking your cals using a free website like TheDailyPlate.com or Sparkpeople.com Exercise and lift weights. Exercise may relieve some of your symptoms. ALWAYS talk to your doctor about your concerns. If you feel like PCOS is holding you back from losing, talk to your doctor about what you're doing to lose and what you can be doing differently.
