Getting in Shape

Back and Arms...

So I got ther dress yesterday and it's strapless. I want to have my arms in better shape as well as my back since thats what people are going to be seeing the most of. Any suggestions for getting these areas trim and in shape? I am still working out with my trainer...Tongue out

  • Everyone is probably going to tell you push-ups which will tone everything! I also am a fan of doing the low-row machinei at the gym. It really tones your upper middle back. As for arms, lifting different ways like bicep curls, tricep dips etc is probably your best bet.
  • get p90x shoulders and arms.  It will kill you, but I arms are looking more and more like Michelle Obama's!  (she's my arm hero)
