I've been on WW points plus and its great! lost 12.8lbs in the four weeks i actually smartened up, but OMG i am now in love with Curves!! I work crazy shifts and so I am soooo tierd somedays the gym needs too much thought, with Curves I just have to go in a circle in the order, it tells me exactly what to do and when, and the Curve Smart program tracks my performance and yells at me if I slack. Just wanted to share with you ladies how much I love this work out. It's somthing you can do in 30min/3xwk!. I've done three and my chronic back pain from an old injury has already dissapeared
