Has anyone used this book in their weight-loss adventures?  I've been doing it for several weeks and love it!!  I highly recommend it to anyone who gets bored in the gym.  I was once a self professed cardio freak who would run and run and run and never pick up weights.  Now I do a healthy balance of weight-lifting and cardio and I can really feel a difference.  I feel so much healthier!  The only thing I haven't done is follow the diet plan.
I'm wondering if anyone out there has followed this book to the T?  All the way down to the diet?  These book diets just seem a little intense for me, so I've just been eating a bit healthier.  I haven't lost much weight, but my strength has increased crazy amounts!  I was only able to use 10 lb weights at the beginning and now I can lift 25lb weights!  Pretty awesome
