sweeteners

Hi! I've been reading your posts for a few months now - thank you all for the good advice, even though you didn't know you were giving it to me!

I have a question about sweeteners like splenda, truvia, etc.  I know that equal and nutrasweet are bad for you.  I've recently been hearing that splenda is as well and that truvia is a better option.  Is that true?  Is there any sweetener that you would recommend, other than agave or honey? I've done some research on this issue and found the information to be pretty conflicting.
