Smoothie recipes

What is everyone's favorite smoothie/protein shake recipes?  Raynes-I saw you're having a choc rasp. one today-that sounds yummy, what's in it?

For a quick, post-workout recovery I generally do:

some frozen raspberries (a bit less than what the bag says is a serving)
a scoop of chocolate protein powder
a generous pour of skim milk (maybe a bit more than 1/4 cup)
water to top it off it I feel like it.

Blend and enjoy.  It's pretty darned tasty.

I need to go and buy Protein Powder asap lol that sounds delicious and I just love raspberrys and chocolate!  Where do you recommend I get some protein powder.  Vitamin Shop?

I really like the whole foods brand if you live near one!

I live in Canada, so I go to a Canadian chain of supplments stores.  I also buy my protein powder in 6.6lb tubs....  I get Iso-Sensation 93.

I get mine from Trader Joe's or GNC.

Does the protein powder have a bad taste?

Not so sure how it is calorie wise, but I used to make this smoothie all the time:

frozen strawberries
frozen pineapple
some fat free vanilla yogurt
apple juice

It is ammmaazing!

no the protein powder doesn't have a bad taste.  Different ones have different after tastes, but I wouldn't call it bad (otherwise I wouldn't consume it!)
