Good morning! How's everyone feeling today?
I was really sore yesterday. and after my hellish commute home, pretty tired too so I took the day off. I'm glad I did because I'm much more energized today. I'm lifting later and will do 40 minutes on the elliptical too.
Oh and I forgot to ask yesterday, what are your goals for the week? Mine is to lose at least 1 pound. I'm trying to get down 2 pounds by my birthday (in 2.5 weeks).
ETA: Wow, so apparently I can't add/read a calendar. My birthday is in 10 days, not 2 weeks. Christ.
