    Hey Graceful, sometimes I use www.dwlz.com to check out the points values from different restaurants. PF Chang is on there, so you could check it out!

    Trying to have a light day today - we went to the Kentucky State Fair yesterday, where one of the new delicacies is the Krispy Kreme Donut Burger. Yes, that IS what you think it is; it's a burger that has two donuts instead of a hamburger bun. :-P  I was definitely too afraid to try one!

    Tasting with caterer tonight; trying to save many of my points for that!

    Good morning all!    I second the recommendation from kysnowbird.  That website is very helpful for eating out at restaurants and has tons of points already calculated.  I've got it bookmarked and use it all the time.  Good luck Graceful and enjoy your lunch- I love PF Changs!

    Morning!  I had a really good "on point" day yesterday for the first time in a long time.  I ate healthy food, all of my points but not extra, and wasn't hungry all day.  Here's hoping the trend continues.

    The Krispy Kreme burger made an appearance at the WI state fair too.  With a side of chocolate covered bacon on a stick.  No really.  Graceful-I'd check directly on the PF Changs website.  THey seem to change the nutritional info  on a regular basis.  I personally LOVE the spicy green beans.  I get it with the veggie lo mein (but I'm guessing that has gluten so it rules out for you).

    B: PB Choc Banana smoothie (5)
    L: pasta with veggies (3)
    S: mini baguette with LC wedge (3)
    D:  Stuffed green peppers (4) with sauce (1) and pasta (3)

    I wanna go to Wisconsin.  I wont be having chocolate covered bacon today, but here is what I do expect to eat:

    B-Coffee and creamer (2) WW zucchini bread (2)
    S-Egg white and veggie omelet (2) and toast (2)
    L-Turkey Sandwich(4) and carrots (0)
    S-Yogurt and cottage cheese (2)
    D-Parmesan crusted chicken (4) and veggies w/ fried onions (3)
