Monday Accountability

Hi girls! I was on travel last week so I've been in TK withdrawal!

B - Fried egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on English Muffin, Coffee
S - WW String Cheese
L - Lean Cuisine Chicken Parm
S - Pear, Chocolate Covered Pomegranate
D - Burger Patty on Lettuce? Still undecided

E - Running with my puppy on this glorious day!

    B - Steel cut oats with a fresh, cut up apple, cinnamon & truvia; coffee
    L - spinach and mozzarella stuffed chicken; zucchini & yellow squash, baby carrots
    S - Chobani Greek yogurt for pre-workourt
    D - BBQ chicken leftovers, Green beans, salad

    E - cardio at the gym.  I'm hoping to do 45 minutes. This is my off week that's recommended between stages in NROL4W so it will be weird not doing any lifting (I thought I was supposed to start stage two last week but remembered the extra workouts and break, glad I reread lol).

    B: Everything bagel with reduced fat cream cheese and half of a small oj from panera...not a good start to the week but so tasty.
    S: Banana
    L: Mixed greens and spinach salad, fat free feta, chicken, craisins, walnuts and chicken, sugar free raspberry vinaigrette.
    S: laughing cow light cheese wedge, special k savory herb crackers.
    D: GrilledChicken, broccoli and maybe some kind of quinoa

    E: 40 minutes elliptical, strength training.

    B: shake w/ banana, raspberries, vanilla protein powder and skim milk (meh)
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: Back on Track II Cilantro Lime Wheatberry Salad (link)
    S: carrots and hummus
    D: forgot to take the fish out of the freezer, sooo, Tofu Pad Thai!

    E: I was a slacker this weekend, so, tonight is NROL Fat Loss I B3 and C25K W2D3.
    PW: some sort of protein shake, mixed berry I think.

  • Good morning! It's actually been a really crappy day so far - got in to work to find that my supervisor left the fridge open all weekend, and all the food I bought for lunches this week went bad. He better be reimbursing me! 

    B: Honey Graham OH!s cereal and milk (since my eggs went bad, thankfully my co-worker brought milk with her today)
    L: Probably chicken salad on light oat bread since I have to go grocery shopping again today
    PW: Apple
    D: Pork chops. Which reminds me that I forgot to take it out of the freezer. Damn, it's just not my day! :)

    E: Gym after work, strength training (legs), some cardio, then home to take the pups on an hour long walk (more cardio, heh).

    Hope everyone is having a better day than I am! On the bright side, I'm almost at 20lbs, whoohoo! :)
  • I've been so slack/lazy lately and really need to kick things up!

    B: Luna peanut butter cookie bar
    S: apple
    L: Whole grain croissant with avocado, tomato, honey mustard and carrots or lunch with FI

    E: 30-45 minutes cardio and weight exercises

  • Monday, Monday... still recovering from my wedding shower/bachelorette/invitation assembly weekend! Whew was I busy.

    B- Bagel and cream cheese
    L- Veggie tacos
    D- Work event... appetizers

    No exercise, hope to be in bed by 8pm with a good book.
  • I really hate Mondays! 

    B- special k protein shake (grab and go morning)
    S- chobani, mango slices
    L- pasta with marinara sauce
    S- cookies :( stupid girl scout cookies
    D- buffalo chicken wrap and some french onion soup. (mom brought dinner over my house as a surprise so had no choice in what I got to eat)

    E- did 45 minutes cardio, some ab and arm work
