Getting in Shape


Started doing Insanity yesterday with my fiance and my back and thighs are already killing me. Has anyone else tried the program? I could use some advice, tips, etc

  • I do P90X and bootcamp with a trainer. When I first started I wanted to wait until I wasn't sore anymore to do another workout, but my trainer said "take a day off to let the muscles repair, then get back in here or you won't build up." So I guess the best advice is just keep going :)  I find it helpful to stretch during the day too, don't let yourself get too stiff. Also, I did try the recovery drinks, but I didn't feel like they made a difference. My fiance however, swears by the recovery you might want to give that a try.
