New here

Good morning ladies, so I got engaged 4/15/12 and the date is set for 4/13/13. I have 50 pounds to loose. So I have been using my fitness pal and am starting insanity tomorrow. I am a mom of 2 and work full time..... So finding time for anything is my enemy. I'm going to work out in the mornings before anyone wakes up.... But any ideas for quick and easy low cal meals would be awesome
