I saw this on Yahoo! News and was appaled! I have seen shows like Super Size me but for some reason was surprised when I saw this...no more fast food for me!

Dang. That's nasty. Sent to the FI who would eat fast food 3 meals a day if he could. Good thing traditional burger/fries fast food gives me the poos.

eww, that's so gross. I haven't eatten fast food in awhile it makes me sick after I eat it. Except for the salads.

get organzied!!!! you have to PLAN when you are going to be out for the day. Have halthy sancks in your purse and get a luch bag and one of those freezer packs, and packyour lunch daily. Also buy tons of fruits and veggies and fill up on those fisrt before your meal. Oh, and one more thing.....exercise! Yes, exercise does halp you loose weight and get in shape, but as far as you're question, when you exercise, you won't WANT to eat fast food becuse you're body feels good! And get enough sleep so you don't feel too tired and lazy to make your own food.

I work at a fast food place.. luckily not that particular place. But it's really hard to avoid the cravings for chicken strips and onion rings. I try to bring my own food or at least choose healthier options. This makes me wonder though if the same thing would happen with food from my work..
