Utilizing the fiancé

Me and my fiancé have been jogging around the neighborhood. I have 80lbs to lose and he plans to get me to the goal by the time the wedding hits. Good luck to everyone trying to lose. What are you doing?

    Welcome to the board.

    How is you diet?  It's said that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. 

    I'm working on building a lifetime sustainable healthy diet and at the moment am restricting my daily needs by 500 cals (So I eat about 1800 a day depending upon workouts), doing some kind of exercise 6 times of week (running, dvd workouts, heavy housework), and just in general eating clean and green.
  • Hi Aubree!  I am using myfitnesspal.com to track my food and exercise intake.  I'm also trying to eat healthy to be fit.  My eating isn't always great, but I try to keep up with it and get back on the wagon as fast as I can if I fall off.  I try to check in on this board each day for the accountability threads.  I also really enjoy working out with my FI so we do that when we have the time together.  I always work harder when he's around.  Good luck, and welcome!

  • Good for you! My FI and I also work out together...it helps a lot. When I don't want to, he makes me and when he doesn't want to I get him moving. Plus we get to talk and he looks sexy when he works out lol.
