So today was my first day of doingf the first dvd of Bridalicious Boot Camp. Needless to say it was definately challenging but I toughed through it. Towards the end I was feeling very nauseous and after I was done I vomited. I waited almost an hour and a half after having breakfast before doing the workout and it wasn't a very heavy breakfast. I also alternated between the beginner and intermeditate moves depending on intensity. This isn't my first time working out and I'm not overweight so I was just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or have any tips so it won't happen again.
