  • Morning!  Welcome Patty!  And Kim, welcome back, I've been thinking of you.  I'm so glad you're back and I hope you're doing really well!  I know this winter was a tough one.

I have also regained all of the weight I lost before my wedding and DH and I joined a "Biggest Loser" style competition with some of his friends.  I started doing P90X (with elliptical instead of plyo and  kenpo because I can't do any impact kind of exercise) and I haven't lost a pound.  I've stuck to my points really pretty well, I've used some activity points, but none of my weekly points.  I've been drinking a ton (TON!) of water.  I don't know what else to do, except just keep trucking and expect weight to come off eventually.  But I'm not that patient of a person.  Anyone have suggestions?

    B: coffee protein shake (6)
    S: raspberries (0)
L: giant greek salad with chicken (10)
    S: apple and strawberries (0)
D: Pork tenderloin (3) with green beans (0) Potato (3)
    S: Chobani (3)

    Total: 25
    Target: 29

E: P90X chest and back, Ab Ripper, and a walk with DH after work, because spring has finally come to  WI!

  • YAY KIM!!! =D I'm proud of you, girl!

Katie - I'm on phase 2 of P90X and I lost a bit in the beginning, but I'm back stuck on my plateau apparently and I'm only down .2 lbs since I started. It's really frustrating! But then I look at the progress pictures and I can see that I've lost inches, so that helps. It's still frustrating and makes me want to quit though.

    B: fiber one honey clusters (4), skim milk (1), coffee w/creamer (1)
    S: Smart Ones (7)
    S: yogurt (3), almonds (3)
    L: tbd
    D: tbd

E: I'm supposed to be on rest day, but I slacked over the weekend, so ANY of the following from P90X: Yoga, Kenpo, Cardio, Legs & Back

    Total: 19
    Target: 32
  • Thanks ladies!

Jenn - well don't worry, muscle weighs more than fat, right? LOL I can't beleive you had to make that argument twice in one week on Facebook! I hate when people say that...its like saying a lb of lead and lb of feathers weigh different. A lb is a lb!

i just love weight watchers and got all excited to see posts about it. I am weighing in tomorow for my 19th week and have lost 41lbs so far. I started at a 16W for a wedding dress size and am now down to a regular 14 and still losing. I am losing motivation or drive to get my points in or exercise in. I find myself lately not getting enough points in. I got to get on the ball. Congrats for losing weight the healthy way.
