Hi All! I was posting about workout plans on the Sept 2013 board and thought I might get better feedback here. Looks like you guys do "accountability" which is awesome! I need people to make me feel a little guilty when i don't do what i'm supposed to! I just started Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer last night and i can barely walk today...but i love it! I'm looking to lose 30lbs before my wedding next year on 9/6/13 in New Rochelle, NY. I also started used the My Fitness Pal app which I'm really enjoying! What are you all doing to lose weight??
