Getting in Shape

Introduction

Good Afternoon,  My name is Dawn and i am new to all of this, my wedding is not until May 2012, but any information I can get in the mean time will benefit me.

I am currently almost 30 lbs overwieight, but i am trying to be positive that i have a year and a half to loose the weight so i should be good there.

I saw a few of you talking about not wanting to try dresses on because you didn't like how you "looked" in them, well i totally know how you feel...i can't help by feel "fat" in every one i have looked at!  but i am trying to keep my positive attitude up  : )

Well the first thing to do is think, how did you gain those 30 lbs?  You need to adopt a clean eating attitude and think about what are you currently eating or doing that led to the weight gain..

They say it is very easy in today's society to gain 30 lbs but it will take time and effort and energy to lose those 30 lbs

The foods day are so high in calories and sodium.  If you type in Men's Health.com you will see Eat this, Not that on their site.  They tell you the 30 most salty foods, and the most high calorie foods and tell you to eat this instead.

I recomend that book to anyone who needs to kick and motivation to start eating healthier because most people are shocked at how many calories or how much sodium there is in the foods they are eating and they end up not eating those foods anymore.

Livestrong.com has good tips of what foods to eat.

I get men's health eat this not that and livestrong.com emailed to me daily.  So everyday I get a new piece of information.  And realize to stay away from that option at restaurant X and get this option instead.
