Getting in Shape

For Those of You Needing Breakfast Ideas :)

Here is what I do, and I alternate every other day. Enjoy!

Fruit Smoothie w/ light whole wheat english muffin on the side, each half topped with 2 slices of deli turkey meat and 2 slices of tomato
1 Cup mixed berries
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt, non fat, fruit on the bottom
Splash of Orange Juice
3 packets of Splenda
(Literally keeps me full until lunch. I usually drink the smoothie on the way to work, then have the english muffin at my desk with a cup of green tea, with splenda.)

Egg White Scramble w/ dry light whole wheat english muffin on the side
5 Egg Whites seperated
1/4 Cup frozen Spinach
2 tbsp frozen onion and peppers
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
Hot Sauce to taste
(Also keeps me full until lunch)
