I veered a little off tracklast night when a friend came over and brought a baguette and cheese. I'll try to work it off today, because I am officially 5 months out (with 15 pounds to go)!! :-)

b - fiber bar
s - think thin bar
l - wheat pita "pizza"
d - scallops, salad w/ ff dressing
s - fruit tbd

e - some combo of treadmill/elliptical/jillian michaels dvd

    15 lbs in 5 months?  you can totally do it!

    i went a little crazy with the ice cream last night.  i've got to find some self-control, this is a bit ridiculous.

    b - banana
    l - waffles, pb, honey
    s - popcorn, egg whites
    d - tbd.  possbily going out with a friend.
    s - something sweet.

    e - none, sabbath rest day.

    Hi. I always read these accountabilities but never post. Maybe posting will help me stay on track better. I was so excited on FRiday that I had lost another 3 lbs, I went a little crazy the last two nights. Back on track today.

    B: protein smoothie
    L: Special K fruit and yogurt cereal, dried plums (I know, I'm like 90)
    S: apple
    D: salad and lean cuisine
    S: tbd, prob 100 cal popcorn

    Hi everyone...so far I have stayed on track this weekend! A RARE occurence. lol.

    D- homemade chili (6), strawberries with FF coolwhip (1)
    E- my off day

    Hi All!  I've been on track this weekend too, although I've spent too may points on alcohol and not enough on food!

    B/L: smoothie (4.5)
    S: Mocha (3)
    D: Leftover chili (4) with cheese (1) sour cream (1) and macaroni (3)
    S: I'm going to find something yummy (and nutritious) at Trader Joe's this afternoon (4)

    Total: 20.5
    Target: 23

    E: 30 DS level 1.  I wimped out on t he elliptical and only did 5 min.  I think my body declared it a partial rest day.
