I am wanting to go from 155 to 130. I was wondering if anyone has used this video and had good results. I just started today. I was at 175 but I lost alot of weight due to stress and I was not eating at all cause ex husband was trying to fight for custody to take my kids away cause I am with someone new and I am so much happier that it made him upset. Which he lost that battle but it still stressed me out. Anyways I want to lose weight on a more healthy route. I am now trying to make myself eat at least three times a day cause my tummy shrunk and I know not eating has taking a toll on my body. Also any advice on healthy meals to start eating would be appreciated. Thanks.
