Hey Ladies!
I'm one month away from "The Big Day" and I want to try to drop 5 lbs before then-- reasonable right?! I have always been a big gym fanatic so working out is not my problem-- and I'm pretty good about eating healthy -- though I need to really watch my portion sizes-- I'm just going to have to control that. My biggest weaknesses are wine and dessert- and to cut them out completely is just not possible. (I'm trying to be realistic...) Now I don't over indulge or anything but does anyone have any low-calorie yummy dessert options? My sweet tooth usually gets the best of me and fruit doesn't cut it...so don't tell me fruit! haha

Also- I like a glass of wine every now and then- but what are the less caloric alcoholic options? (I'm also asking this because I have my bachelorette party next week and will probably indulge...)
