Hey everyone, I relatively new to this board and was wondering if anyone knew of any websites or have any exercise routines/plans? I am already active at the gym but lately have been feeling like somewhere along the lines I lost a routine and have no clue what to do anymore! I would like to tone up and lost another 10 lbs before my sept 1st wedding. Most websites are giving me the exercises but I need a routine like what to do on what day. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
