Hey everyone!
I just started Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 this week, today was day 2. I am wondering if anyone else has done this program, and how it worked for you? I am struggling with it. I really want to get through it without having to take a break, but I'm finding that to be impossible! Of course, that's only based on day 2... and I have never done a workout DVD before. I am really hoping to get some tone, and even drop 5-10 pounds, if possible.
I guess what I am saying here is, I need some additional motivation... if I hear positive things about RI30, I may not get so down on myself when I need a break or when I hurt.
