Tuesday Accountability

Morning!

B: overnight oats w/ almond milk, yogurt, vanilla protein powder and mixed berries, coffee w/ skim milk
S: string cheese x2
L: left over chicken tortilla soup
S: red pepper and hummus, if I can remember to get the pepper
D: curried butternut squash soup and some sort of protein, turkey?

E: rest day.  again.  I need to go grocery shopping!

    B-oatmeal, cup of black tea
    S-apple, baby bell cheese
    L- salad wth chicken, goat cheese, dried cranberries and a few walnuts, lf dressing
    S- grapes and granola baar
    D- idk either shrimp stir fry or a smart one

    E- hopefully a 20 minute jog, haven't been feeling very well lately.

    B - hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ 3 slices honey ham and queso chipotle LC wedge
    S - banana
    L - sandwich thin, 2 slices mozzarella, slice of tomato
    S - 3 oz. baby carrots w/ 2 tbsp red pepper hummus
    Pre-D - coffee w/ 1 tbsp 1% milk; salad w/ either green goddess or red pepper vinaigrette dressing
    D - chicken stir fry (red/green peppers, onion, brown rice
    S - mini apple w/ 1 tbsp nutella

    E - big cardio day since I can't get some in tomorrow (boo DMV) - killer abs x2 and walk at lunch, elliptical for 50 min after work

    S: banana and/or strawberries
    D: bread w/olive oil, shrimp w/lettuce, grilled fish - probably trout or salmon

    B – Quaker Square Cereal with low fat milk and strawberries
    S – Starbucks meeting (Grande 4Pump Skinny Vanilla Latte)
    L – Salad with ginger dressing and EverRoast chicken breast, orange
    S – Hair Appt, so definitely a glass of vino
    D –Probably a turkey lettuce wrap

    E – 30 minute run this morning.. Had to burn off the vino calories for later in the day.

    S - honeycrisp apple + almond butter
    D - lean cuisine

    E - outdoor run, at least 4 miles (here's to hoping I don't talk myself out of the whole distance and only do 2ish)

    L- Leftovers- spanish spaghetti with green olives(SO good!), fruit
    D- Leftovers again?  Maybe leftover corned beef.

    E- GYM.  I've been dealing with a toe injury bad enough I could barely walk, let alone workout.  Im really really tired of having my body not work the last couple of months.  /rant

  • I am so lazy lately.....I'm doing ok with eating/drinking...but working out has been nonexistant....

    B- 1/2 slice lowfat banana bread (homeade) and a yogurt fruit parfait thingy at my meeting this morning
    S- apple
    L- leftover spag squash with sauce and turkey sausage from last night.....my stomach is soooooooooo bloated and I think its from the squash :(
    D- probably homemade eggplant paninis...haven't made those in a while...

    E-  who knows....hopefully I can talk myself into 20 min HIIT..."self...."
