B: overnight oats w/ almond milk, yogurt, vanilla protein powder and mixed berries, coffee w/ skim milk
S: string cheese x2
L: left over chicken tortilla soup
S: red pepper and hummus, if I can remember to get the pepper

curried butternut squash soup and some sort of protein, turkey?
E: rest day. again. I need to go grocery shopping!
